About Me

Someone who’s been in tech long enough to remember when “Agile” was new and CSS was still mostly black magic. With 20 years of hands-on experience across E-commerce, FinTech, and InsureTech, I’ve led teams, managed managers, and built more “end-to-end” things than I care to count.

I like clean code, clear purpose, and smart systems. I also like when things work, preferably without 45 layers of abstraction. Whether it’s launching products, aligning ops, or just making people stop crying, I’m usually the person making it happen.

On the leadership side, I’ve handled everything from building cross-functional teams to setting strategies, and yes, even owning budgets (turns out spreadsheets can be fun if you squint hard enough).

These days, I focus on building things that matter, simplifying what’s overcomplicated, and helping teams run smoother — with one foot in the code and the other in the big-picture stuff.

If you’re into practical thinking, structured chaos, and getting things done without the fluff… we’ll get along just fine.
